• The Tool is easy to put on and comes off in seconds.

• XLT Tool is a weighted training tool designed to attach to the head of the lax stick & mimic a heavy ball.

• By training with the XLT Tool, you will add speed and velocity to your game through resistance training.

• You can pass, catch, cradle, scoop, check, poke, face off, draw and shoot without the Tool interfering with the pocket.

• The Men's and Goalie Tool are the weight of 2 extra lacrosse balls in the head of the stick. (11 oz.)
